1) La linea case 

Floridalma Eunice Laines Pablo was the technical defender of one of the 32 accused in the case called "La Línea". She focused on strategically defending a customs technician accused of the crimes of: 1) illicit association, 2) passive bribery and 3) customs fraud in relation to high officials such as former President of the Republic of Guatemala Otto Fernando Pérez Molina and Vice President Ingrid Roxana Baldetti Elías, among others.

2) Case, conflict between the municipalities Ixchiguán and Tajumulco, both in the department of San Marcos, Guatemala.

Floridalma Eunice Laines Pablo advised community and municipal authorities and private individuals involved in criminal proceedings where there were 10 main and other collateral victims. The original conflict had been going on for more than 70 years.

The defendants who Floridalma Eunice Laines Pablo acted as technical defender were investigated by the Public Prosecutor's Office and most of them were prosecuted for the crimes of: 1) aggravated usurpation 2) aggravated arson, 3) aggravated robbery, 4) illicit association, 5) firearm shooting, 6) burglary, 7) illegal detention, 8) injury, 9) threats, 10) coercion, 11) abuse of authority of community and municipal authorities, 12) usurpation of functions. However, Floridalma Eunice Laines Pablo was successful in 95% of the cases she represented.

3) Case for manipulation of information, illicit association and usurpation of quality in detriment of the Banco de Desarrollo Rural S.A.

Floridalma Eunice Laines Pablo, Attorney at Law, acted as technical defender of a cashier of the Banco de Desarrollo Rural S., who was investigated by the Banking System Prosecutor's Office and the Public Prosecutor's Office specialized in banking crimes.

Floridalma Eunice Laines Pablo was investigated and prosecuted for the crimes of 1) self-serving fraud, 2) manipulation of information, 3) illicit association, 4) usurpation of quality, 5) material falsehood, and 6) ideological falsehood. He is awaiting an approximate sentence of 50 years of unmutable imprisonment. However, the Court achieved a satisfactory result by acquitting the defendant of the crimes already mentioned, except for one crime for which the sentence did not exceed five years in prison.

4) The case of the foreign doctor and surgeon.

Floridalma Eunice Laines Pablo practiced the technical defense of a foreign doctor and surgeon of American nationality who was investigated for the crime of 1) usurpation of functions, 2) usurpation of quality, 3) attempted murder and 4) very serious injuries in tort of a patient of a recognized hospital in the department of San Marcos. Floridalma Eunice Laines Pablo was able to have each of these crimes dismissed.

5) Case of suppression and alteration of marital status.

Floridalma Eunice Laines Pablo, Attorney at Law, was the technical defender of an employee of the National Registry of Persons, accused of the crime of suppression and alteration of the civil status of persons. A satisfactory result was obtained when he was acquitted.

6) Double representation case.

Floridalma Eunice Laines Pablo practiced the technical defense of a recognized Guatemalan lawyer and notary who was investigated by the Public Prosecutor's Office against Justice Operators and Unions for the crime of double representation. Floridalma Eunice Laines Pablo achieved a satisfactory result by having the case dismissed.
