demanda:<\/strong><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"> Es el escrito, en el que se hace\u00a0 el planteamiento o derechos del actor, o demandante, ofreciendo la prueba respectiva y Diligenciamiento de la prueba:<\/strong>\u00a0Es una etapa del proceso civil, en el que se diligencia los medios de prueba ofrecidos en la demanda, contestaci\u00f3n de demanda, cada uno sosteniendo y probando su tesis o hip\u00f3tesis respectiva, mismos que en la sentencia deben ser valorados, para obtener una sentencia acogiendo o no la demanda o contestaci\u00f3n de demanda.
