solo uno de los c\u00f3nyuges desea divorciarse de su pareja, pero dicha voluntad de divorciarse siempre debe hallarse fundamentada en alguna de las causales establecidas en el art\u00edculo 155 del align=\"justify\"> <b>Separaci\u00f3n:<\/b> <br>La separaci\u00f3n es aquella situaci\u00f3n en que se encuentran los casados, cuando rompen la convivencia matrimonial, por haberse producido entre ellos circunstancias que les impiden mantenerla. Esa separaci\u00f3n puede ser simplemente de hecho, producida por el mutuo acuerdo entre los c\u00f3nyuges, o por el abandono que uno de ellos hace del hogar conyugal. As\u00ed mismo est\u00e1n obligadas rec\u00edprocamente a darse alimentos, los c\u00f3nyuges, los ascendientes, descendientes y hermanos. Cuando los descendientes han cumplido dieciocho a\u00f1os de edad, a no ser que se hallen habitualmente enfermos, impedidos o en estado de interdicci\u00f3n; Cuando se les ha asegurado la subsistencia
